Who is Cambridge Construction Management?

Cambridge is a full service construction management firm specializing in managing the entire project process from concept, design, procurement, construction through closeout and client occupancy.  All Cambridge contracts are direct with project owners, with all services provided “in-house”.

Cambridge is prequalified by the State of New Jersey Treasury Department Division of Property Management and Construction, (NJDPMC) and the New Jersey Schools Development Authority, (NJSDA) for projects of “unlimited value” and is a member of numerous professional organizations.

Individual Cambridge projects have ranged in size from $600,000 to over $110 million. We have provided our professional services for projects totaling over $1.5 billion of construction value.  Cambridge is most proud of an unparalleled reputation for client service, repeat business, dedication, value added services, cost savings and successful project delivery.
