  • Project Managers

    Project Managers possess a minimum of 10 years to over 25 years experience, have bachelor degrees in construction management, engineering, architecture and/ or requisite experience. They manage the total project process from design to construction and closeout, and coordinate, report all aspects of design, construction, schedule and budget with proactive issue resolution. Their focus is client service to see that each project is delivered of high quality, on-time, for the lowest possible cost, while saving money for the project.

  • Construction Superintendents

    Construction Superintendents possess a minimum of 25 years to over 45 years experience, and may have bachelor degrees in construction management, engineering, or architecture. They reside in the field overseeing the efforts of the construction contractors in quality assurance strictly enforcing the requirements contract. Our construction superintendents assist in issue resolution.

  • Assistant Project Managers

    Assistant Project Managers possess a minimum of 5 years to over 15 years experience, have bachelor degrees in construction management, engineering, architecture and/ or requisite experience.  They support our project management teams with submittal and RFI management, meeting minutes, cost and schedule reporting, change orders, weekly/ monthly reports and other related services.

  • Preconstruction Managers

    Preconstruction Managers possess a minimum of 15 years to over 30 years experience, and have bachelor degrees in construction management, engineering, or architecture and/ or requisite experience. They will prepare comprehensive design document constructability review reports focusing on constructability, completeness, value. and project cost savings.

  • Cost Estimators

    Cost estimators possess a minimum of 7 years to over 30 years experience, and have bachelor degrees in construction management, engineering, or architecture and/ or requisite experience. They will prepare initial budget estimates, comprehensive cost estimates at each design phase. Our cost estimators use latest estimating technologies with an in-house cost data base to ensure accurate costs based on current market costs. Cambridge has an outstanding reputation for accurate cost estimates at all project phases, and saving project cost.

  • Schedulers

    Schedulers possess a minimum of 10 years to over 30 years experience, and may have bachelor degrees in construction management, engineering, or architecture. They are experienced in conceptual planning, milestone and detailed CPM scheduling, reporting and schedule/ delay analysis. Cambridge utilizes the latest scheduling software from Oracle Corporation (formerly Primavera Systems).
