Fine Arts Center

This project took an abandoned chrome plating factory and converted it into a first class 42,000 square foot Fine Arts Center. The project included a full interior gut and full replacement of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The existing building received a facade upgrade with new glazing and a new EPDM roofing system was installed. Shop areas include ceramics, wood, photography, painting, graphic design, set design and computer labs.

Cambridge provided full construction management services including preconstruction, construction and closeout.
